Casandra Walker – CEO

It is very rare to find an individual who encompasses a mind for business opportunity and the gift of artistic innovation. Casandra Marie Walker, President and Founder of RCW Media Group, is just this kind of person. Having mastered the art of Public Relations and strategic new business development in key markets such as New York, Los Angeles and Houston’s entertainment industry, she brings a national perspective to what is trending in all lifestyle brands.

Passionate and result driven, Casandra’s acumen for new business development, branding, event planning, public relations, networking and fashion led her to cultivate a national network numbering over 2000 key connections with industry influencers, stylists, celebrities and top tier media relationships. An innovative strategist, while serving as Business Development Director to designer David Hall Hodges in New York she was able to increase brand recognition and market share by 80% through strategic A-List celebrity product placement and market driven business plans.

As a previous owner of a nationally recognized luxury fashion boutique and frequent on air style consultant, Casandra is experienced in discovering new brands and making them accessible. Her innate creativity and targeted product placement led to a diverse range of stylist clients from E! Entertainment, Friends, American Idol (UK), Port Charles and General Hospital.

Casandra’s inexhaustible energy extends to Charity fundraising and previous positions on the Board of Directors at The Art Institute, Fashion Group International member and Calabasas Chamber of Commerce member. But it is her love of LA’s entertainment industry that has led to her most ambitious and successful undertaking to date, the launch of RCW Media Group. Whether it’s re-positioning a luxury brand, launching a new product, finding sponsors, creating marketing campaigns, event management or providing PR services Casandra’s innovative and effective messaging is always beyond extraordinary. Joshua Pinkay – Brand Identity Manager

Joshua is originally from New Orleans and made the transition to Los Angeles in 2010 to pursue a career in the fashion industry.  He completed his studies in Fashion Marketing and Management from the Art Institute of CA – Hollywood and used his degree to manage a footwear startup for a Japanese holding company.  His professional background ranges from apparel & footwear brand management, fashion show production, trade show operations, and content writing.  He also contributes as a correspondent & editor for various media outlets throughout Los Angeles, including SoCal Magazine.  Joshua uses his media & marketing skills to create quality subject matter that is most certainly “red carpet worthy”.


Jennifer East – Graphic Design/Creative Director

Ms. East is a seasoned professional who works quickly, has a strong work ethic and stays current with trends. Experienced with graphic design, (in all aspects), the entertainment industry (talent representative and actor), writing, photographer and on-set art direction. She knows, understands, and always strives for high quality and attention to detail with any project. She has held the position of Creative Director for various companies such as Bellevue College and both American Gentleman and ACT Magazine. She was a creative (graphic design, animation and illustration support) for United Space Alliance (USA) for the Aries IX Rocket and Space Shuttle program, and has worked with a multitude of clients over the past 20 years. She lived and worked in Los Angeles, CA, both in front of and behind the camera, on every back lot from Universal to Sony.  She is a noted visionary and proficient in conceptual design, full scale design, graphic design, illustration, photography (including photo editing), web design and social media promotions. She is passionate about being current with technology, learning about nutrition, living a healthy lifestyle and helping others live the best life they can. She knows what it means to be a team player and knows that no job is too small for 100% effort.











Katherine Pimentel – PR/Events Intern

Growing up in Burbank California, the media capital of the world; Katherine’s interest to participate in the entertainment industry led her to pursue a degree in Public relations and marketing in hopes to successfully apply event planning and PR strategies in the entertainment world.  Currently attending California State University Northridge, she is also involved in PRSSA, Public Relations Society of America; allowing her to enhance her education, explore her leadership qualities and broaden her professional network. Her dedication to her studies, collaborative spirit, and involvement in the field, makes her an asset to any project.











Kim A. Aquino – PR/Events Intern

Kim is working towards being a public relations professional as a graduating senior of California State Northridge. She has internship experience in fashion publicity, writing, journalism, social media, and brand management. Having found a passion of connecting various and diverse groups of people together through communication has led her on this career path. She prides herself on the enthusiasm she brings to her work ethic, along with the motivation and drive to be successful. As an active student involved in the Public Relations Student Society of America, she is the Director of Professional Development who helps build relationships between professionals in the PR field and the students of the CSUN chapter.
